These Terms and Conditions set forth the agreements by which the Producer of Used Cooking Oil (“Client”) shall provide, and Ingress Renewables, LLC ("Collector") shall collect used cooking oil ("UCO"). It is understood that these terms create an exclusive arrangement, whereby the Client commits to sell and the Collector commits to buy all UCO produced from the Client's operations.
